ISO Writing Partner - Distanced First, Local Band Later?

Looking for a songwriting partner to work with, first at a distance online (until the plague is over) and then maybe in a band playing a local gig or two a month with some home recording/releasing as the material gets finished. Here's a few potential qualifications: • writer (obviously) - not beats or etc. but actual songs • male or female • aged 40-65 • play an instrument (prefer keys, but something that applies to a band) • sing well - both lead and harmony • have the time and the commitment to make it work Style I mostly write in is classic 60s-70s style rock with some roots/americana thrown in.
