Standard Paints, Inc. located in Mansfield, TX is now seeking 6 full-time employees to stain wood. We are looking for 3 people to work during the 1st shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) and 3 people to work during the 2nd Shift (3:30 PM to 12:00 AM). We have lots of work! We are working 40 hours per week and the position is not limited to working some overtime if necessary. The primary duties are lifting and stacking fence pickets, banding, staining fence pickets and other types of wood products. All work and lifting is done in teams so nothing is heavy. Selected individuals must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, pass a background check, drug screen, and physical. This is a low pressure, fast paced position with a respectable company. Pay will start out at $12.00 per hour for and we have 75% company paid employee insurance, paid vacations, and an aggressive monthly bonus program after one year in addition to very competitive wages.
