We found Halsey abandoned, running around our neighborhood, where he nearly got hit by traffic on Halsey St. (which he's now named after). We took him into our home off the streets, have fostered him back into health, and he is officially ready to find his forever home. Halsey is a 5 or 6 year old mix (we think Husky and Golden Retriever). He has a sweet personality and loves being with people. He is fully house trained, and knows all the basics (sit, stay, wait, etc.). He is very quiet and doesn't bark, loves walks, and is low-maintenance and wonderful in the house. We've been working with a trainer for him and Halsey would do best in a home where he could spend lots of time with his owner/s, where there are no small animals and in a home with a fenced yard. He is fantastic and lovable with people and children, and while we are sad to see him go, we're so excited for the family that gets to welcome him in. Attached are some photos for reference.
