Found a beautiful, friendly young female German Shepherd today (March 5) near Newridge and West Outer in Oak Ridge. No tags, no collar, seemed very skinny and hungry. The Oak Ridge Animal Shelter has picked her up so you can contact them directly. Hope this helps!
