I live near Sea World and pay $13/hr. using my equipment or $15 if you have your own equipment for regular yard mowing & weed eating my yard that takes ~2 hours. Plus some gardening & drip system maintenance, pulling weeds in lawn, managing landscape shrubs, some deck painting. I want a permanent, part time "Yard Man" on a repeating basis as needs arise. I can provide equipment and materials. Some neighbors are also interested. Its best if you have a TRUCK or SUV or a car with trailer and live within 10-15 minutes from Sea World area.
