I am a general contractor and I need a Masonry fireplace built on the side of the home with the footing exterior. The fireplace height from footing to the top by the roof is 28 feet. The first 10 feet will be 8 foot wide by 3 foot deep the rest of the flu will be 4 foot wide by 3 foot deep. Black construction. Outside of fireplace exterior and inside of fireplace 5 foot high will receive Veneer Stone which I will supply. Inside fat masonry firebox will be 3 foot wide by 3 foot high. Looking to get this done within the next week or two if you’re interested please respond back with a ballpark price and your contact information.Payment will go to third at start third halfway a third balance upon completion. I Also have a large addition to start and then sell them in two weeks after Street Road. I have a lot of extra work for whoever is interested
