We are looking for another painting subcontractor to help with our 33-year established painting company based out of Chester County PA. Our services include but are not limited to interior/exterior, commercial/residential painting. We practice in Southeastern Pennsylvania including Chester, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, occasionally Lancaster and Berks counties. Please fully read this add before contacting us, thank you. Qualifications: -Transportation, tools, and equipment. -At least 5 years’ experience and proficiency in all levels of painting. -Able to correctly complete prep work, pressure washing, drywall repair, some light carpentry if needed and paperhanging occasionally. If you do not do light carpentry or paperhanging, still contact us. -Have PA liability insurance before starting. -Be licensed. If you are not as of now, still contact us. -If you have other workers, they must be experienced, trusted and you must have workers comp insurance. -Live in the relative area. -Attention to detail during all stages of the job. -Trustworthy and respectful to our clients and their home. -Reliable and show up to job sites on time.
