Want to see some amazing views instead of your computer monitor? Are you fulfilled from a job well done? Already experienced in landscape installation? We install retaining walls, pavers, archways, gravel walkways and driveways, trees & plants, and more in and around Teller and Park Counties. We do rock, stone, boulder, and dirt work. All of our tools and machines are well maintained. This is not a grounds maintenance job. This is a manual labor job for a reputable company that excels in medium- to large-scale, middle- to high-end residential landscape installation. No industry experience is required. You will learn a lot on this job that you will find useful in many careers should you decide to move on to a different job after our season ends. If you DO have experience in landscape installation and/or skid steer operation, you show that you know what you're doing, AND you can take direction, your salary will reflect that. This position can become a team lead. We work March through October each year. Employees who excel will be asked to return the following season with salary growth. Qualifications for this position: *A strong back and work ethic *A good eye for detail *Ability to perform manual labor as required (jobs will vary) *A willingness to take direction, to learn, and to work as a team member *Reliable transportation to many different locations in the area *A valid Driver's License in good standing and work eligibility in the U.S. *Ability to show up on time and be ready to work *Respect shown to employer, team members, and customers *Ability to work outside in some extreme weather conditions *Ability to work in direct sunlight *Ability to work at least 8 hours/day
