We are looking to expand our team! We currently clean residental properties within the Colorado Spring area and are looking for someone who is hard working, personable, and self starting. This is a full time position, and we can start you immediately. After a training period where you will meet our clients and learn our standards, you will be able to work on your own and as a team. We offer hourly pay and provide all the necessary supplies, all you need to bring is yourself and ambition! We also pay travel time. The job is as follows: - Move Out Cleaning: detailed cleaning of homes to make ready for new tenants/homeowners - - Residential Cleaning: regularly scheduled detailed cleaning of clients' personal homes - Office Cleaning: detail dusting, vacuuming and bathroom cleaning Residential/ House Keeping The primary job scope is as follows: - Residential Cleaning: detail upkeep cleaning of clients homes including bathrooms, kitchen, detail dusting and vacuuming. Customer service orientated, taking directions directly from clients when necessary. A qualified candidate would possess the following: - Reliable transportation (will need to use personal vehicle to participate in a car pool system with other team mates.) - Reliable communication (a functioning cell phone at all times is a must) - Be able to arrive on time to job sites - Candidate MUST be able to work between the hours of 8am-5pm (jobs do not usually fill the entire day, but we are open for business during those hours) - Quick learner - Self motivating - Detail orientated - Able to follow directions from both management and directly from customers - Able to report hours weekly and job details as needed - Able to work in both a team and independently - Good customer communication skills - Ability to maintain company standard of neatness regarding appearance - Be able to pass a background check/ Drug Test
