I need help getting rooms ready to rent and need HELP. I also need help with other things around the house. I have the experience, tools to do the work; but I am physically handicapped. Right now I need to get two rooms ready for prospective roommates. I will pay $15.00 per hour, but need someone with a good work ethic. Someone who can follow instructions and willing to ask questions if in doubt what to do. I'm a good teacher and willing to help you do the work in a quality way.
