Singer/Guitarist/Songwriter looking to form original band

I'm a singer/songwriter/guitarist looking to form an original band. I have about 20 completed songs, and am looking for people to play and hopefully write with. Some of my influences include Neil Young, Jason Isbell, Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, Peter Gabriel, Rolling Stones, Wilco. I have one song released on streaming services (search for Loose Panic as the name of the project, the song is The Cruelty is the Point). I am happy to share additional unreleased recordings if you're interested. I plan to begin working on an EP in a professional studio in Philly this spring. I'm a 40 year old suburban dad, so I'm not looking to become famous, just to create and play music. Ideally looking for drummer, bassist, keyboardist, and additional guitarist comfortable with lead work. Backing vocals is a big plus.
