Looking for crew member to assist with lawn cutting and flowerbed maintenance projects [weeding, mulching, planting, renovating]. We do not do hardscape nor massive projects; primarily maintenance. We offer an above average rate and expect an above average performance [punctual, reliable, moves at a good pace, pays attention to detail, has a great attitude, etc....]. Crew member must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. We're happy to pay more hourly with improvement or with clear demonstration of advanced skillset and experience. We generally work 8 hours M-F [Saturdays to make up for rain day]. Overtime pay for over 40 hours.
