Survey is looking for Overnight Store Remodel Merchandisers to complete reset projects at various convenience store locations in the area of Benbrook. The shift hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. The position pays $15 per hour, beginning on March 7th thru May 29th. Please respond via email if you are interested along with a good phone number to contact you at. As a Cosmetic Reset Merchandiser, you'll be part of a hard-working team that helps change the store layout and rearranges all the products on the shelves. You'll implement the new planogram (shelf map / schematic), move fixtures, set signage, stock products, and more. You'll have a designated team lead on site, and the team lead assigns your specific tasks, checks your work, and acts as your supervisor. About you: The ideal candidate likes to work hard, is reliable, has reliable transportation, and takes his or her work seriously. While you will be working with other reset merchandisers, you will have to work independently. We prefer to hire people with planogram experience but can be flexible for the right person. Bonus points if you have experience working at makeup counters at department stores or cosmetic specialty stores like Sephora, Mac, or Sally Beauty. After the reset ends, you will have plenty of other opportunities through our app, both with resets and with other retail services work. About the Position: Store is in Benbrook Work days: March 7th thru May 29th. Hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am (30 min unpaid lunch, two paid 15-min breaks) Pay is $15 / hour, paid by OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App Your Responsibilities: Remove products from the shelves Place new items based on the updated planogram (POG) Assemble and install fixtures, shelves, racks, and signage Attach shelf tags Make sure the products face the front and are in perfect order Qualifications: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to work on your feet (standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods of time Ability to work on a team and follow instructions Must have reliable transportation and a current, valid driver's license Must have an Android or iOS device capable of running the Survey Merchandiser app Previous store remodel or retail merchandising experience preferred Basic knowledge of how to use basic hand tools Able to pass a background check Drug screening may be required Must be 18 years old or older About Survey Merchandiser: Survey is one of the fastest growing retail merchandising companies in the world.
