Busy small residential construction company needing an entry level or semi skilled Helper/Laborer on a temporary or short term basis ( trial period ) that can lead to permanent if a good fit for us. We are 100% residential, therefore applicant must be able to pass a drug and background test. No exceptions! Our service area is all over the DFW metroplex and beyond at certain times. Reliable vehicle or the ability to meet daily in Downtown Fort Worth for pick up and drop off with a shared commute to job site. You will be assisting with Demolition and haul off, Framing, Sheetrock - mud/tape/texture/paint etc, tile ( flooring and tub/shower enclosures) cabinet installation etc etc. All general things needed during a remodel. You must be physically fit with the ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted, so a good strong back and attitude. Tobacco/Smoke free job sites - No exceptions! Must be able to read/write/comprehend and speak English at a good level, along with basic Math skills and the ability to read a tape measure. No tools needed, everything required for the jobs are provided except your PPE. Great opportunity for a young keen person wanting to learn or improve their skills. If you have skills please advise but bare in mind the pay/compensation is as mentioned during the trial period. Not looking for foreman/managers/contractors or subs.
