Job Details The Doorstep Collection Specialist is responsible for nightly door to door collection of trash and recycling bags at an apartment community using a personal pick up truck. Candidates must have a pick up truck, be hardworking, reliable, and able to document resident violation's via company smart phone app's. Hours: Friday-Saturday (8 pm - 10:00 pm) Compensation: $14-16/hour Bi-monthly via direct deposit. Roles and Responsibilities: - Collect waste and recycling door to door within an assigned apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor/dumpster onsite as well Collection must begin and end at the designated time. - Document all property and resident non-compliances as well as "checking" in and out of the property via Recycle NOW's mobile responsive web-site. - Wear the provided Recycle NOW vest - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Special Conditions of Employment: - Must be authorized to work in the United States. - Must have Smart Phone with data plan. - Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. - Flexibility to work during night time hours. Must be available to start at 8 PM. - Ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions. - Ability to climb stairs, walk distances, and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
