Fence Installer Needed We are a family owned fence installation company, located in Orlando, looking to add a loyal person to our team of specialized fence and gate installers. We would love someone with a strong fencing background, but it is not a must. We can train a newcomer to the field. Our pay starts (depending on experience) around $13-$15. Most important attributes for the ideal candidate to have: • A strong work ethic. You have the drive to work hard, and to see a project to completion. • You have basic math skills. • You care about the details and you are handy. Securing perimeters means that your product is strong and reliable. For a fencer this means paying attention to the details. • You are a team player, and you work well with others. • You possess the fitness to work outside, in the hot Florida sun or summer rain storm. • A valid driver’s license is highly desirable. • Reliable transportation: You have the ability to arrive on time to our workshop. We start our workdays at 6:45am. • You don’t mind working on an occasional weekend. • You have to be able to pass a drug test and background check. • You can lift heavy materials and equipment.
