I have a townhome for rent in Corvallis, Or. I need someone to occasionally show the place to prospective tenants. Each showing usually takes 40 minutes and the timing can usually be negotiated but some flexible availability is needed. A good fit for this work is someone who is clean and well spoken, non-threatening, responsible, and safe to work alone. I’m willing to pay $40 per tour.
