Maintenance Helper for Multiple Buildings in and around Chicago area

RFW Enterprises LLC owns multiple buildings and homes in Chicago and outside of the city. We are in need of a part-time helper to assist our lead workers. Interested candidates should have the following qualifications: *Must have previous experience doing handy man work, maintenance work, etc. *Available a few days during the week, and willing to help on weekends if a maintenance emergency comes up (examples: flooding of a basement, furnace not working, A/C unit broken, flipping an apartment unit.) *Able to lift 50 lbs or more *Have a vehicle, drivers license, and automobile insurance *rate of pay: City of Chicago minimum wage. *Must have copy of Social Security Card and State ID, and fill out new hire paperwork. *Paid twice per month.
