Saddlemans, a wholesale home décor distributor located in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a warehouse associate to become part of an excellent, family oriented team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant outgoing attitude, who want to excel in a warehouse environment. Summary of essential job functions: • Shipping and Receiving • Receiving inbound products, checking for accuracy and sorting inventory • Filling customer orders and packaging for shipment • Working closely with Warehouse manager to ensure inventory is accurate – inventory control, cycle counts • Maintain clean/organized warehouse, some janitorial • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities Potential candidates must have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities in warehouse operations: • Experience using warehouse tools (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Experience using shipping software (UPS, FedEx, LTL or International) • Must possess good math skills • Reliable, self-starter, pays attention to detail and organized. Must be able to work independently.
