After probation training period hours will be: Tue thru Sat 8am-5pm (must be willing to work overtime when needed. Weekly pay 18.50 to 23.00 per hr Pay: 13.50 per hr + 8-10% commission ( no sales necessary) commission based off your carpet cleaning job sales for week. average sales range from 1500.00 to 4000.00 and bonuses based on performance. 1 week paid vacation after 1 year payday every Thursday.
