Description
Partime on-site repair maintenance person/ couple for apartment building near Pasadena. Must live onsite.
Perform handyman type repairs and Maintenance such as plumbing, lighting, cleaning, patching, carpentry, etc around the building.
Ideal for teacher or grad student/postdoctoral student or couple who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Approximately 30 hours per month.
Must live onsite in apartment unit.
No smoking/no pets.
