Description
I'm looking for an insured plumber to help install a washer and dryer hookup in a small one-bedroom condo at 545 Chestnut (aka Lincoln Park Towers). Priority given to plumber who already has experience doing this install at this complex. Must provide three independent references and evidence of insurance.
The installation space is currently a vertical, small, built-in hall cabinet with doors. This sits immediately next to the shower and tub on the other side of the wall. Need cold and hot water lines installed, drainage pipe, and electrical.
Need the install done between Saturday, March 27 and Wed, April 7. Unit is occupied by tenants, so the job must be done quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. Thank you.
