Description
Licensed Contractor is looking for additional crews to carryout rehab/remodeling work on properties throughout the LA area. Projects will be starting over the next month or so and will ultimately be around 50-60 properties per year.
Usual projects include some hauling/demo, minor repairs, paint, flooring and kitchen & bathroom remodeling. Ideally you'll have a small reliable crew or access to one as and when needed. Im looking for reliable hard working crews. We can work on price with or without materials whatever works best for each project.
This is a 1099 Contractor agreement.
