FOUND black and white cat

Description

A black and white cat has been meowing outside my apartment building today, 3/6. No collar or tags, and unfortunately I can’t care for it in my home. Animal services website says they can only take in strays that are sick or injured so I’m just trying to put the word out as best I can.
