Wanting a new canine family member

Description
I am looking to add another dog to our family. I currently have a young dog that will top out around 60lbs when she reaches her full weight, so I am looking for a puppy (prefer puppy, but will consider a young adult if it's good with other dogs) so she has a playmate. She is getting spayed June 23rd, so if you have a little buddy for her, I can arrange for them to be spayed/neutered at the same time. We're hoping to find a dog that will weigh less than 60 lbs when full grown but will be big enough to play with her still. Like 25 to 45 range. Must be good with cats, small animals (we visit my younger daughter and she has ferrets and skunks), and I have a bird and would really like that she not get eaten. They'll be well taken care of, spoiled, will get to travel, go on walks, visit the dog park and more. I've had a variety of dogs all my life, everything from chihuahuas to German Shepherds, and many in between, so I have plenty of experience. It is myself and my 22 year old daughter, but the dog will get exposed to people of all ages, and A LOT of children as there are kids everywhere where I live. Breeds I DON'T want are: Huskies, hunting dogs, Chow Chow, Labs (will consider lab crosses), Spitz breeds, or any breed/dog that is a known runner or has unknown breeds mixed in. I also do not want one that is known to kill small animals or birds. I prefer knowing what to expect. Currently my dog's best friends are a 45lb shepherd/pit bull mix and a 17lb Shiba Inu that I take her to visit every day. She is dog friendly, kid friendly, and I want to keep her that way. When my friend moves away, there goes the dogs she plays with on a regular basis. I am not going to pay a fortune for a mix or even a purebred that I have to do everything for (shots/deworming/spay or neuter/potty training/training in general), and I know what my limit is as far as what I am willing to pay. If you have a dog that you'd love to see spoiled and adored and think it would be a good fit in my home (house, not apartment), text me. DO NOT CALL. I don't pick up for unknown numbers, but I will respond pretty quickly to texts. Don't contact me if you're just trolling. There's enough of that nonsense on social media, and I'm allowed to have preferences as to what type of dog I want in my home.
