Hardscaper Job Summary We are looking for Hardscaper Crews and Leaders to join our team. These are long-term positions. Previous experience in Hardscape is preferred but we are willing to train the right person, we will TRAIN every new hire. Candidates must be a positive thinker, goal driven, high energy and a team player. $15-$25 per hour depending on experience. Hardscaper Duties and Responsibilities • Coordinating with Managers/Owner to plan and organize a job, ensuring that necessary resources and materials are available to complete daily tasks. • Ensuring that the job is completed in the most time-efficient manner and within construction projects and/or supervise a crew through project completion. • Communicate with hardscape managers to tackle project challenges and exceed customer expectations. • Operating various equipment and tools. • Work hard, be productive and accountable • Able to work outside, exposed to extreme heat and cold • Installing paver patios or retaining walls. • Using equipment such as skid steers and excavators DO NOT APPLY Unless You have the following: Hardscaper Requirements and Qualifications • Must own your own vehicle and a valid Drivers license • Must be at least 18 years old • Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds • Must be on time • Attention to Details • Work well with Others Why Work Here: Be a part of watching "Landscaper Steve Here" film his funny videos.
