We are seeking a qualified individual to run our farm maintenance division. This individual MUST be team oriented, a hard worker and maintain a positive attitude. The position is full time, salary based with options to grow in the company. A company truck is provided during work hours. Position will require someone who is well rounded and include the following: -Maintenance on all farm equipment (tractors, UTV's, farm trucks, small tools) -Mowing pastures with batwing mowers -Supervisory roles with lawn maintenance -Snow plowing during winter months -Occasionally helping horse crew Qualifications: Individual MUST be a self starter and be able to work with limited supervision. -Strong Equipment maintenance knowledge a must -Must be able to operate tractors, excavators, skid steers -Landscaping knowledge a must -Must have a positive attitude -Need to work well with others -Need to be able to lift 50lbs -Need to be able to work long hours when needed
