This is a REAL post. I know it may be in the wrong section but I have had success in the past finding the right person. This post will not be for everyone so I don't really expect to get a ton of replies and that is okay. I am looking for someone who REALLY wants an opportunity to GROW with my business. I have worked HARD building my business. I am extremely service and quality driven and am looking for someone who feels and believes the same way or is completely open to learning. I want someone who doesn't believe they know it all and is open and willing to do what is asked of them in order to grow, personally and professionally. This is not for the faint of heart or someone who really isn't willing and committed to their future. This will take some time but once we talk, it will make more sense. At some point, you could be handed the keys to a turnkey business.........or not. I run a cleaning company with well over 750 reviews online with "A" ratings on each and every review site. I am prepared and willing to teach you everything you would need to know to be very successful down the road but it isn't an overnight thing and you need to understand that. You will need to bring certain things to the table in order to be considered. I need someone who has good values and belief systems. I need someone who genuinely cares about others and wants to please others. I need someone who is detail-oriented and quality focused. I need someone who does not do drugs or have a criminal record......if you do have a criminal background, we will discuss it. However, if your record is recent, it probably will not work out......sorry. We are in client's homes each and every day. I DO NOT WANT someone with previous experience in floor cleaning/restoration. If you have EVER wanted someone to give you an opportunity but have struck out, then this may be it. I am VERY open to hiring either a male or a female. So, I will know very quickly if you are what I am looking for when you reply to my ad. And, if that offends anyone, I apologize. This is not for everyone. When you reply, I am looking for some substance in your reply. If you reply with "I am interested", then I will not reply.........sorry. Please show me that you have read my ad and show me that you are someone that I NEED to talk to. I will be doing interviews starting next week. The job will start out as a part-time job.......probably approx 20 hours or so a week. I need someone who has flexibility in their schedule and are available to start work early morning and possibly some evenings, at times. Thank you for your time!
