Project Supervisor Needed- Must have supervisory experience, and strong people skills Duties: May include but not limited to · Track employees and progress of work performed · Inspect for quality control and to assure cleaning specifications/requirements are being adhered to · Assist in training and coaching our team members, and perform cleaning duties when needed · Assist in monitoring routine maintenance activities and notifying management of items in need of repairs Respectfully Communicate with Property Management/Tenants as needed Requirements – 1 year Janitorial Supervision experience minimum Janitorial Supervisors must have training skills for assembly and use of equipment and maintain a safe work environment. Janitorial supervisors should be very organized, pay strong attention to detail along with excellent time management and good judgment skills. Supervisors should be able to use inventory control procedures, consult with clients and employees, investigate complaints as well as maintain equipment service records. Job Type: Full-time Monday – Friday 3:30 pm – 12:00 pm with a half dinner break Pay: $15.00 per hour with benefits and bonus opportunities COVID-19 considerations: All employees are require to wear masks and gloves inside building
