NEEDING ONE-TWO INDIVIDUALS (COUPLES/TEAM work better) CLEANING SMALL OFFICE COMMERCIAL BUSINESSES AFTER HOURS DURING WEEKEND. Three small, super easy accounts total for one person (team) to add to your existing accounts or to pick up some extra money ($325 paid monthly or $162 bi weekly) for under 4 hours a week (weekend); basically $32 hourly. Located near Tampa Intl Airport (north of Hillsborough Ave/Suncoast) and one acct near Hard Rock. Simple, easy, and fun for great money. Must have own equipment with a good vacuum. We will be 1099 (pay your own taxes). Need a strong, long term commitment to build a fun working relationship. Requirements: - Experienced (know what looks dirty, how to clean it, and make it look great) - Transportation - Valid DL - Speak English - Have own equipment (vacuum (backpack preferred but not required), mop, bucket and cleaning solutions.
