Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: provide office support to the team which is vital for the smooth-running of our business, client relations to include but not limited to, fielding telephone calls as well as contacting customers to set up and provide updates as to their pick-ups and deliveries requested. Supply Management & inventory control.
Work schedule: Five days a week (Monday thru Friday)
Full time: 40 hours a week
Available shift: 8 AM until work is complete (around 5:00 PM)
Bi Weekly payment (first payday March 22nd)
REQUIREMENTS:
-Social security card
-Non expired ID
-Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
-Basic computer experience, Microsoft Excel and email
-Handling and filing documents
-Multitask
-Organized and focused
-Availability Monday thru Friday
Pay rate $10.50 per hour and overtime pay rate of $15.75
