Bass player new to town

Hi Minnesotans, I am an upright and electric bass player new to town. I can read your lead sheets, notation, tabs and sing some harmonies. I'm a baritone/bass vocally. Cool with roman numerals and Nashville number system, little triangles, diamonds and degrees. Still getting settled in as of posting but figured I'd put myself on the market. I'm 27 and came up from the great state of Texas. I am interested in playing with country/folk groups. Really open to anything except hard rock or metal. I have a M-F day job so not looking to make a living with this just have fun and play gigs and weddings. I don't like to play a boatload of notes just kinda chill and hold down a groove and support the melody line. I can wail a little bit here and there if needed but I don't feel it's my job ya know?
