Rv handyman welder/mechanic to help me install tank and bolts

Ive installed 75% of running boards but need someone with more powerful drill and bits then what ive come up with to finish bottom bolts into van frame. Lower parking break in middle. Will need metal sheet guard below. Need to drill hole through frame to let water sink flush. Help me install 20 gallon water tank underneath and create brackets and bolt it in and connect to faucet and pump. I live in my van and this would be a huge quality of life boost if I could just finish this. Offering $40hr or $300 for a whole day to get it done RIGHT. Asap. I can drop off today.
