Hello - I am looking for 1 or 2 people to help me on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. You will be moving debris and trash to the garage, removing ceiling tiles, sweeping and moping, removing some tag board that was mounted to the wall, etc... Basically, you need to help me get a house I recently purchased prepared to be a rental property. Nothing hard - just basic stuff that most anybody can do. Requirements: Age 16-95, M or F, I need you to be able to start working when you get there and keep going for however long you stay. If you are coming to just hang around, you are likely not a good fit for this project. I will take younger or older, male or female or anything in between. I need to be able to give you a project, let you work on it and you let me know when you are done so we can start on the next mini project. Pay: I pay cash -- you can expect $15-$20 an hour. I have done this many times before (just not in Blue Earth before) - do a good job and maybe even have a skill I can use and I will make sure you are paid/tipped accordingly. Neat and Tidy? you get a good tip. Organized and I don't need to babysit you? you get a good tip. I will not pay you less then $15 an hour and I will guarantee you at least 6 hours work/pay. If I need to pick you up and drop you off, I can do that too. I can do cash, venmo or cashapp. This is for Tuesday only, March 9, 2021 -- depending if I get any interest will determine if there are other days. This is just a one day gig for now... When you respond - please tell me some basic details. The only detail I will ask is your name. If you are under 18, I will need a guardian to say its ok. For those who are continuing to read and were sparked by the word "rental" - the answer to your question is about April 2021. The other answer is yes - backgrounds and references will be checked BUT, this is posting is just to get the place ready, I am not actively looking for renters yet. I will provide the address once I decide you are a good fit for the project.
