Hi everyone, I am in need of a picture framer to create a 6.5' x 4.5' shadow box for a vintage American flag. This is an approximate estimation, the flag is 6' x 4' but I would like a canvas backing with 1/2' as matting and the glass to be plexiglass. It's a very old, 1920's flag with deterioration. So quite delicate. I will purchase all the materials as you recommend and we can agree on a flat rate labor fee for the creation of the shadow box. Please send me some work samples or a website so I can get an idea of your aesthetic.
