Seeking to hire Handypersons with driver's license (Class D or E) to be responsible for executing all skilled maintenance duties in a Brooklyn shelter facility. Qualifications: · High School diploma or GED required. · Five (5) year of experience in facility management, repairs, plumbing and electrical systems, · Able to adapt to new building system requirements. · Knowledge of building systems and HVAC. · Clean Class D or E driver’s license. · Good verbal and written communication skills. · Computer skills required.
