This is a regular, full-time position and Part - Time, working within our laundry located in Bronx, NY. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Explain electronic system to visitors at a growing • Trouble-shoot any equipment issues • Resolve any customer service challenges at site or via phone • STRONG communication and customer service skills • Perform basic inspections on the delivery vehicle both pre and post trip. • Report any issues with the delivery vehicle to the appropriate parties. • Drive the delivery vehicle in a safe and professional manner. • Observe all DOT traffic regulations. Physical demands while performing the duties of this job: The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle,or feel; reach with hands and arms as well as talk or hear. Attendants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of laundry and push heavy carts without assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Valid driver's license is required.
