Looking for handy person to help property manager with maintenance of rental property. Duties vary but includes yard work, pool and spa care, general maintenance, wear and tear replacement. Experience working for trade companies and local contractors a plus, especially knowing how to clean up after projects so disturbance to tenants is limited.
