This is a hands-on, informative Women's Self-Defense program lead by Master Michelle Golino-Crisco, 7th Degree. EXCLUSIVELY FOR WOMEN, TAUGHT BY A WOMAN!This is a hands-on, Self-Defense program lead by Master Michelle Golino-Crisco, 7th Degree!   Learn scientifically-proven techniques that do not require years of experience, bruit force or above-average flexibility. Master G has undergone trauma training and presents to you with more than 40 years experience.  Previously workshops took place at the J. Douglas Williams YMCA in Lake Mary, FL.  Since March 2020, no group sessions allowed.  We have been meeting outdoors at beautiful Reiter Park, 301 W Warren Ave, Longwood, FL.  Don't be a victim! Protect yourself and your children from unwanted advances, domestic abuse or worse - attack!  You'll receive an opportunity to record what you've learned for continued study/practice.
