The goal of this event is to use open dialogue and personal experiences to strengthen the relationship between businesses and consumers. By extending respect, grace and realistic expectations to both business owners and consumers the relationship between black owned businesses and the communities we serve have the potential to improve. This forum is designed to allow owners and consumers alike to get a better understanding of the person on the other end of the transaction. Business owners will learn from consumers and consumers will learn from business owners, cultivating a relationship of support and understanding, while maintaining boundaries , product/service satisfaction and the freedom to shop and run your business on your individual terms.
