Parakeets with cage

I am looking to rehome my pair of parakeets. They are both around 2 years old, male and female and have been together since they were young. The female was attacked when she was still in the nest by another parakeet and has feathers permanently missing on top of her head as well as a lazy eye. She is hand tamed and will come out of the cage and hang out with you. The male is “handtamed” when he wants to be, but usually prefers to be left alone. They will come with everything I have for them as well as their flight cage. I just want them to be able to have more out of cage time and interaction.
