Stretch and Strengthen
Join Dr. Karen for a low-impact, injury-prevention, strength and stretch class! This is a total body workout using your body to sculpt, lengthen, and energize. You must be able to perform basic yoga poses, lunges, and planks. No sweat if certain poses or movements are too challenging, as Dr. Karen will provide helpful modifications along the way!
Participants must PREPAY for the class to reserve their spot!
Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle to the class and get ready to have some fun!
