Needing someone to testify in a auto damage case

I need someone who has experience in auto body damage and physics regarding the impact on one side of the vehicle slamming the rear bumper and doing damage to the opposite side of the same vehicle. The insurance company is trying to deny the damage was done to the opposite side and telling me i had previous damage. The vehicle only had 11,000 miles on it. I bought it new with 224 miles and i never had even a scratch on the vehicle. This is a typical insurance ploy not wanting to pay for their insured who hit my parked vehicle.
