Seeking a full time Senior Restoration Technician (SRT) for a local property restoration company. Service Team of Professionals is a national franchise with local ownership. Experience: MUST HAVE prior experience in the industry (Water, Fire, Smoke, Mold, Biohazard) or have exceptional experience in a closely related field. Daily Activities: - Planning, Organizing and performing water/fire/smoke/mold/biohazard restoration work. - Tracking and Maintaining equipment and supplies - Proficient on estimating software, other industry software and documentation systems. - Supervising and working with others Skills: Proficiency in: - Communicating with staff, industry professionals and customers - Handle challenging clients and situations - Document & track related production data, using both hardcopy and related software programs. - Attention to detail and highly organized - Industry certifications (IICRC, etc) a huge plus. Attitude: - Strong work ethic, reliable, trustworthy and friendly. - Display willingness to learn new skills and systems. - Work as a team player or individually - Seek training and direction Strong leadership skills required Location: primarily working within Spokane County, WA Hours: PT/FT 24/7 on Call Wage: $18.48 - $25.29 per hour Other: Must have a clean DMV record, have a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
