Clean Work is looking to add motivated and conscientious people to our cleaning crew as we pursue our mission of elevating the residential cleaning industry and improving people’s quality of life. Job Responsibilities: Our cleaners are responsible for transporting themselves and the cleaning equipment to and from jobs and for ensuring our customers’ homes are thoroughly cleaned. This includes dusting, spraying, and wiping down all surfaces, sweeping and mopping solid surface floors, vacuuming, and scrubbing toilets, sinks, showers and baths. For deep cleans cleaners must be able to lower themselves to reach baseboards and be able to use a stepstool for cleaning upper cabinets, above the fridge, and light fixtures. Cleaners will work in groups of two for deep cleans and will be assigned individual customers for recurring cleans. Experience: No previous cleaning experience is necessary. Cleaners will be trained in the Clean Work process at the beginning of employment. Compensation: Cleaners earn a percentage of the overall cost of the clean. Cleaners start by earning 65% of the cost of the clean which increases to 75% of the cost of the clean after 3 months and to 85% of the clean after 6 months of working for the company. The average pay per hour ranges from $17-$30 but does not include drive time to the job.
