I'm looking for someone who can teach me how to do some water physical therapy. I have a pool and it's warm enough now. I need to learn how to do some stretching with no impact and how to do some general exercises to strength core muscles. I have a weakened lower back from old injuries. I know my limits and often overlook them, so having someone guide me through for a few weeks until I can do things correctly without being lead, is what I need. I know how to swim and have no risks nor need any assistance. Again, this is just understanding the right way to do things. If you can help or know someone, please email info and price. Thank you!!
