Looking for a General Contractor -- individual, LLC or team of companies. Licensed, bonded & insured for new residential construction. Will assist homebuyer from selecting an ideal home design for the site, to site work, permitting, utilities connection, excavation and foundation work on up to vertical build and finish landscaping. Must work with full transparency, openness and honesty. Please share past examples of work. Bank will vet contractor's track record so must be able to pass that. No need for extensive track record but something will be needed.
