Bob Comeau will narrate an informative walking tour of the historic Holyoke Canal System with the focus on the 1st and 2nd level canals.
Bob Comeau will once again narrate wonderfully informative walking tours of the Holyoke Canal System. Join us for a tour of the 1st and 2nd level canals and learn about the canal system from how it was built in the 1800's to its continued use today. It's also a great way to help you reach your daily goal of 10,000 steps!
Since this is a walking tour, please dress appropriately and wear comfortable shoes.
If you have taken this tour before, Bob will be highlighting new sites and new information. Join us again! It's a great way to help you get those "10,000 steps" in and meet new friends and meet those who are interested in Holyoke's history!!
The walking tour will begin on Dwight Street by the Holyoke Heritage Park. You may park in the Holyoke City Hall parking lot.
COVID-19: Social distancing & mask wearing must be practiced. Bring your own mask.
