Shadow Ridge Country Club is hiring a Director of Facility Management to oversee daily aesthetic and mechanical maintenance and upkeep of the Clubhouse, Pool and Fitness Center in order to ensure all facilities continually remain in immaculate, fully operational condition. This Director of Facility Management position would be ideal for a mechanically inclined individual with excellent "fix it" skills and a detailed knowledge of facility maintenance. Experience with HVAC, refrigeration and electrical as well as painting, drywall, lighting and basic woodworking is required. The right candidate will be a highly professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated worker with the ability to operate in an upscale environment and produce high quality work. Duties include but are not limited to: • Establishing and maintaining an ongoing preventative maintenance schedule, specifically for mechanical equipment • A strong focus on the day-to-day upkeep of the overall aesthetic and appearance of the facilities (painting, cleaning vents & equipment, replacing lights, etc.) • Maintaining the mechanical functioning of equipment in and around the Clubhouse and surrounding buildings (Cleaning and replacing filters, etc.) • Creating and maintaining clean and organized storage spaces for facility supplies (cleaning supplies, lights, filters, etc.) • Supervising other individuals working on the maintenance and housekeeping team • Overseeing all contractors, vendors and maintaining strong vendor relations and points of contact • Executing all pool maintenance including pool start up, chemical testing, and tear down for each pool season. • Maintaining a Certified Pool Operator license in the state of Nebraska Job Type: Full-time, year-round Hours: Approximately 50 hours a week with flexible scheduling.
