We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Worker to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior and exterior of company premises. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. Must be able to: Perform maintenance and light repairs In charge of parking lot clean-up Trash pick-up and disposal Landscape and weed maintenance Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.) A variety of maintenance person type tasks General maintenance Repair equipment Good communication ability Well-organized and apt in problem-solving Attention to detail Work various power tools Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds without assistance and up to 200 pounds with assistance Must be able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, reach, crawl, push, pull and twist the majority of the day Must display very good organization and time management skills
